EXPERIENCE
I have been advising clients from the private, public and
voluntary sectors since 1998. A list of the projects that I have been
involved in is available here. Major
commitments have included interim management and 'non executive' roles
and recurring specialist sub contract work for major practices in the
sector. Key projects have included:

Interim Development Management of English Partnerships
developments in London's Royal Docks, including renegotiating and
concluding terms for the development and infrastructure for the

Management of Bankside Business Partnership which included
Tate Modern, Land Securities, Chelsfield plc, PricewaterhouseCoopers,
HSBC, Lloyds, Financial Times, Workspace, Vinopolis, and Shakespeare's
Globe Theatre. This included preparing initial plans for a BIDS
programme in Bankside, for delivery through the Circle
Initiative. (1999-2004)

Service as an 'expert' Non
Executive Director of Vauxhall Regeneration Company, a private sector
led SRB delivery vehicle (1998-2002) and of etc limited, a
'Inner City 100' company providing conferencing and training venues in
Central London (1998-2003).
I worked in the regeneration and related sectors for 35 years. Major roles have been:

Chief Executive of North Kensington City
Challenge, running a widely based £150m programme with particular
emphasis on housing renewal, the creation of community facilities and
support for employment in the creative and cultural industries.

Director of Trafalgar House
Business Parks, running a portfolio of major business park
schemes, and leading the company's involvement in large mixed use
schemes through Ideal Homes Developments.

Director of Greater London Enterprise,
Managing Director of GLE(Properties) Ltd, a venture capital and
property development business owned by London Boroughs.
