I have been advising clients from the private, public and voluntary sectors since 1998. A list of the projects that I have been involved in is available here. • Feasibility studies for buildings and activities.
• Management consultancy, evaluations and forward strategies for organisations in the regeneration sector.
• Delivery Strategies for master plans and large scale regeneration strategies throughout the UK, often as a specialist sub contractor to major consultancies such as:

• Management of Bankside Business Partnership which included Tate Modern, Land Securities, Chelsfield plc, PricewaterhouseCoopers, HSBC, Lloyds, Financial Times, Workspace, Vinopolis, and Shakespeare's Globe Theatre. This included preparing initial plans for a BIDS programme in Bankside, for delivery through the Circle Initiative. (1999-2004)
• Service as an 'expert' Non Executive Director of Vauxhall Regeneration Company, a private sector led SRB delivery vehicle (1998-2002) and of etc limited, a 'Inner City 100' company providing conferencing and training venues in Central London (1998-2003).

I worked in the regeneration and related sectors for 35 years. Major roles have been:

• Chief Executive of North Kensington City Challenge, running a widely based £150m programme with particular emphasis on housing renewal, the creation of community facilities and support for employment in the creative and cultural industries.
• Director of Trafalgar House Business Parks, running a portfolio of major business park schemes, and leading the company's involvement in large mixed use schemes through Ideal Homes Developments.
• Director of Greater London Enterprise, Managing Director of GLE(Properties) Ltd, a venture capital and property development business owned by London Boroughs.
